• Fort Lauderdale - Port Everglades Terminal 21, 2021 Eller Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
o Check-in starts three hours before departure time.
o The terminal doors close one hour before departure. We strongly suggest that guests plan to arrive early.
o Our departure terminal in Fort Lauderdale may vary. For more details, please visit Port Everglades website at https://pevvesseltraffic.broward.org/webx/,
o Parking is available at the Palm parking garage (mid port).
o Parking entrance: Take I-595 East straight into the Port. Continue heading east to the garage on the left side of the street.

• Freeport – Terminal 2, Freeport Harbor, Grand Bahama Island. Check-in starts three hours before departure time and doors close one hour before departing. Tickets are available for purchase until 2:00pm, on embarkation days.
• Bimini - Fisherman's Village, Bimini Bay, North Bimini, Bahamas.
o Bimini office opens at 9am on embarkation days.
o We recommend visiting our office as early as possible for check-in.
o Embarkation closes 1 hour before departure and no last-minute checking is allowed.
• Please allow at least one hour for vessel clearance by local and federal authorities. That means that when the ferry arrives to any of our ports (The Bahamas or USA) you might have to wait for clearance to be able to debark. The time is based on authorities’ regulations, not the carriers.
• No food or beverage is allowed to be brought on board (passenger areas).

CHANGES - CANCELLATIONS-REFUNDS
FLEX RATE TICKETS
- Reservations submitted for cancellation 7 days before sailing, full refund.
- Booking cancellations submitted between 4-6 days before sailing, 50% penalty.
- Booking cancellations submitted 3 days (72 hours) or less before the sailing date, no refund.
- Ferry reservations are valid to travel up to 1 year from the booking date.(request 24h before the original travel date)
- The ticket is non-transferable.
- Date changes up to 24h before scheduled departure date.
- Change of dates will not be subject to a fee. However, any price increase that might be applicable to the new ticket shall be charged.
- No refunds will be issued if the rate of the new ticket is lower than the original.
- The ticket is non-transferable.
BASIC RATE TICKETS, DAYTRIPS & OTHER PROMOTIONS:
- No refund or cancellation will be applied to Daytrips / Promocode Bookings or Basic Rate bookings
- No refunds will be issued if the rate is lower than the original.
- The ticket is non-transferable.
- Change of dates will be subject to a $75 fee per change plus any price increase.
- Ferry reservations are valid up to 1 year from the booking date.(request 24h before the original travel date)
- Any passenger who does not board the vessel for any reason, beyond the Company´s control, shall not be entitled to a refund or date change.
