If we locate your item, you can pick it up at our office in Fort Lauderdale:

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Personally : Customers must collect their lost item in person during office hours.
• Courier service: If you cannot pick up the item in person, you can send a courier company. In this case, we need to receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item.

If you lost an item during your trip, we can help you. we cannot guarantee that we will find your item , however we will do our best to assist you.
